Holiday Happy Hour

Transforming a workplace café into a destination event is no small feat. Especially when the challenge is convincing people to stay after hours at the office. For this Holiday Happy Hour, we focused on three core pillars: Community, Connection, and Fun.

We leaned into a nostalgic holiday aesthetic, inviting guests to don their best ugly sweaters, and layered in interactive elements to spark participation. A dynamic MC and DJ kept the energy up with music and banter, while a series of quick, lighthearted games using custom-made playing cards drew people in. Multiple photo ops, festive flair stations, and abundant food & drink ensured that guests not only stayed, but stayed engaged.

By designing moments that felt playful, welcoming, and easy to join, we turned a workplace café into a lively hub of celebration. The result? Strong attendance, smiling faces, and an event that fully delivered on its promise of community, connection, and fun.
