Designing for a growing company of 24,000+ employees meant scaling production to arena-level complexity while keeping budgets, logistics, and guest flow finely tuned. To anchor the theme, we built directly from the company’s motto—Work Hard, Have Fun, Make History—using it as both creative lens and production mandate. Every choice, from bespoke scenic design to custom-fabricated props, balanced precision with playfulness. We even transformed everyday objects into surprising moments of delight, reinforcing the ‘Have Fun’ spirit. The payoff?
