When 40,000 employees come together for a holiday celebration, it stops being just a party—it becomes a city-wide spectacle. This Amazon event was the last of its kind, the grand finale of a tradition that had simply grown too big to continue. In fact,

it likely stands as the single largest holiday party in Seattle’s history.

The theme—Flashback Friday—was our playground. We tapped into eras, aesthetics, and cultural vibes that sparked instant nostalgia and fun. Across the venue, custom-designed props, immersive scenic builds, and seamless logistics turned sprawling spaces into curated ‘moments in time.’ From retro lounges to throwback dance floors, every detail was engineered for both scale and delight.

Alongside the design and production, we also managed entertainment programming and talent logistics at scale—multiple stages, staggered acts, and headline performances—all choreographed to keep 40,000 people engaged, energized, and safe.

Delivering an experience of this magnitude meant orchestrating production like a symphony: managing flow, entertainment, safety, and guest experience for tens of thousands, without losing the playfulness at the heart of the theme. The result? A massive celebration that honored the company’s motto—an event so successful it made history by being the last of its kind.
