When Microsoft shipped a major new product to market, we turned their Redmond campus into a stage for one of the most over-the-top launch celebrations in company history. The day kicked off with a full parade of teams marching proudly through campus, creating a spectacle that employees and press couldn’t ignore.

We amped up the energy with a custom-wrapped monster truck, a marching band, and even a Hollywood DJ to keep the soundtrack rolling. A New York–based band brought the big-city edge, while costumes, stunts, and a mix of high-octane entertainment transformed the event into a serious party for the ages.

From talent booking to staging, logistics, and brand integration, every detail was designed to amplify the launch and give employees a once-in-a-lifetime memory.
